For one of our clients – a leader in digital solutions and AI automation, enhancing global brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Backoffice Internet Safety Expert with Czech or Serbian or Spanish or Polish.

Collaborate with teams to enhance safety policies and enforcement;
*Track platform activity to detect fraud, violations, and emerging threats;
*Assist with content moderation to ensure guidelines are followed;
*Stay informed on industry trends and evolving online threats to strengthen safety measures;
*Develop strategies to minimize risks and improve platform security;
*Investigate trust and safety incidents and ensure they are resolved swiftly;
*Create reports to support decision-making and evaluate risks.

Fluent in Czech, Serbian, Spanish or Polish, with excellent English proficiency;
*Bachelor’s degree in data analysis or a related field, or equivalent work experience is a plus;
*Experience in trust and safety, fraud detection, or content moderation is a plus;
*Strong ability to analyze and identify suspicious activity;
*Proficient with online platforms, and effective at problem-solving and communication;
*Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple tasks efficiently;
*Detail-oriented, with a knack for managing large volumes of data accurately.
