For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for a Digital Risk Analyst with French, Polish, Spanish or German and English.

As a Digital Risk Analyst , you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and trusted online environment. Working within a dynamic back-office team, you will review user-generated content and information, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards. Through your analytical mindset and sound judgment, you will contribute to protecting digital communities and enhancing the integrity of online platforms.

Review user-generated content and information, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing material, to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines.
* Take timely and appropriate action on content that violates policies or poses potential risks.
* Apply internal procedures consistently while staying up to date with policy changes and operational updates.
* Identify trends, behavioral patterns, and emerging risks to support proactive decision-making.
* Conduct thorough assessments and provide clear rationale for moderation and risk-related decisions.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and trustworthy digital environment.

Fluent French, Spanish, Polish or German (written and spoken).
* English at B2 level or higher.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Ability to work with sensitive information in a professional and objective manner.
* Excellent decision-making skills and confidence in defending conclusions with logical reasoning.
* Ability to recognize patterns and assess potential risks.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and high workloads.
* Previous experience in content moderation, fraud prevention, risk analysis, compliance, investigations, or similar fields will be considered an advantage.

Working Model

Full-time position.
