We are currently looking for a Backoffice Moderator with English to join an exciting international project for one of our global clients — a recognized leader in the digital solutions industry. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, engaging, and high-quality digital environment for users around the world, while gaining experience in a dynamic and multicultural team.

Monitor platform activity and identify policy violations or potential risks;
*Review and moderate user-generated content in line with community guidelines;
*Respond to trust and safety incidents in a timely manner;
*Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety processes and platform security;
*Prepare reports and support risk-related decision-making.

Professional level of English;
*Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage;
*Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
*Good communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
*Availability to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.

Full-time job with scheduled day and night shifts;
*Salary range: EUR 1, 000 – EUR 1, 200 gross per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience;
