Accounts Payable Intern

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Intern.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in processing incoming supplier invoices
• Support invoice matching (PO, GR, invoice)
• Help maintain accurate vendor records
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing activities
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors when needed
• Support ad-hoc tasks within the AP function

Who would be a great fit for our team:

• 3rd or 4th year student or newly graduate in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration or similar specialty
• Good knowledge in MS Office Products – Experienced in working with Excel spreadsheets, Excellent command of English language
• Interested in client service and customer interfacing
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
• Passionate team player
• The duration of the internship is 6 months on a full-time working day

Gross Annual Salary Range:

The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.

Starting Salary

The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e. g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc. ). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
