Digital Growth Strategist with German and English (Hybrid)

For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a motivated, business oriented and experienced Digital Growth Strategist with German and English (Hybrid).

Cultivated and maintained long-term client relationships by providing strategic guidance and tailored business solutions;
*Acted as a trusted advisor on digital advertising products, platform features, and emerging opportunities for business growth;
*Developed, optimized, and refined advertising campaigns to maximize performance, engagement, and return on investment;
*Identified growth opportunities through a consultative approach, consistently contributing to sales targets and client success;
*Managed sales pipelines and campaign performance data through CRM systems, ensuring operational excellence and accurate reporting.

Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
*Proven experience in client-facing environments, including sales, customer success, account management, or business process outsourcing;
*Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend value-driven solutions;
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with digital business tools;
*Experienced in CRM platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
