What you’ll be doing:- Coordinate customer requests and follow up on open cases;
- Process customer data, orders, contracts, and related documentation;
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues;
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions;
- Keep records and update customer information in internal systems;
- Support administrative and coordination tasks when needed.

Requirements:- Excellent command of German (B2/C1);
- Good communication skills;
