Junior Technical Advisor with German (Hybrid and Signing Bonus)

For one of our clients – a global company providing customer experience solutions for leading international brands – we are looking for: Junior Technical Advisor with German. The project is for a world-renowned technology company focused on healthcare and consumer products, where you will support customers via Social Media with pre-sales, post-sales, and technical inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, tickets, and social media;
*Respond professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and product-related questions;
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to home appliances and household products;
*Guide customers on product usage, maintenance, and warranty processes;
*Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns;
*Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction;
*Stay up to date with product updates, launches, and company policies.

Fluent German with a good command of English;
*Previous experience in Customer Support, Consumer Care, or a Contact Center environment;
*Experience supporting customers through multiple channels, including social media;
*Background in consumer electronics, home appliances, or technical products is a plus;
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
*Customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail;
*Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
