For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Email-Based Gaming Specialist with French or Italian or Spanish.
 

Provide high-quality email support to gaming customers, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently;
*Maintain a positive and helpful tone while interacting with players, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
*Analyze and identify customer problems, escalating complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary;
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of player concerns and to improve the overall customer experience;
*Continuously update and maintain knowledge of gaming products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate support.

Fluent in French, Italian or Spanish and very good English with excellent written communication skills in both languages;
*Strong interest in gaming and a good understanding of common gaming platforms and systems;
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
*Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the gaming or tech industry;
*Flexibility to work in different shifts, including day and later shifts, depending on the needs of the business.
