Client Support Expert with Portuguese or Azerbaijani or Turkish

For one of our clients - а trusted BPO provider, delivering customized support solutions and streamlined business processes for clients worldwide. , we are looking for – Client Support Expert with Portuguese or Azerbaijani or Turkish.

Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat;
*Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
*Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout every interaction;
*Accurately document customer information and case details in the internal system;
*Work closely with team members to resolve more complex customer requests;
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information;
*Promote and recommend additional products or services whenever appropriate and aligned with customer needs;
*Work on a rotating shift schedule, including evening shifts.

Fluency in Portuguese, Azerbaijani, or Turkish;
*Very good command of English;
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
*Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
*Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to changing business needs.
