Health Support Services Specialist with Dutch (Hybrid)

For one of our clients – a technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands – we are looking for a Health Support Services Specialist with Dutch to join an exciting project focused on managing crucial healthcare schemes in the Netherlands and supporting customers with essential health-related services.  

*Answer inbound calls about payments, billing, and service updates;
*Process requests to update customer account details;
*Help manage payment transactions smoothly;
*Support important social and care programs;
*Provide friendly and accurate customer service.

*Fluency in Dutch and very good English skills;
*Basic understanding of social or care services is a plus;
*Ability to handle written requests carefully;
*Attention to detail and eagerness to learn;
*Willingness to deliver great customer service.
