Medical Services Coordinator with Dutch (Hybrid)

For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Medical Services Coordinator with Dutch (Hybrid).

Deliver professional and empathetic support to customers via inbound phone calls and written communication;
*Assist with billing inquiries, payment-related requests, and account updates in a timely manner;
*Process customer information accurately while ensuring data quality and compliance;
*Support customers with questions related to healthcare and social service programs;
*Resolve inquiries efficiently and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance;
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Fluent in Dutch with a very good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is an advantage;
*Interest in healthcare, social services, or customer care environments;
*Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail;
*Confident using computer applications and learning new systems quickly;
*Customer-focused, organized, and motivated to provide outstanding service.
