For one of our clients – а global business services provider focused on improving customer engagement and boosting business outcomes for leading global brands, we are looking for – Sports Customer Advisor with Dutch (Hybrid).

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat;
*Assist customers with inquiries about a wide range of sports products;
*Provide accurate product information and effective solutions;
*Maintain clear and detailed customer records in internal systems;
*Ensure a positive customer experience by exceeding service expectations.

Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is essential;
*Passion for sports and customer-focused mindset;
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
*Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
*Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
