For one of our clients – a leader in digital solutions and AI automation, enhancing global brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Digital Services Support Advisor with Danish or Dutch or German or Slovak or Slovenian.

Handle customer inquiries efficiently using written communication channels;
*Assist with non-technical troubleshooting and general inquiries;
*Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer issues;
*Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by following internal procedures;
*Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases when needed.

Fluency in Danish, Dutch, German, Slovak or Slovenian, and English at B2 level;
*Good communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to work standard office hours;
*Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn support tools;
*Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
