We are looking for a motivated and ambitious European Programmes Funding Consultant to join a small, close-knit, and dynamic team.

• Prepare and manage project proposals under EU-funded programmes
• Communicate with clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Support project implementation, reporting, and coordination activities
• Analyze business needs and support clients in project development processes

• Previous experience working with SMEs is required
• Experience with large enterprises is considered a strong advantage
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting
• Experience working with AI tools is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire for continuous professional development
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
