ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Expert Documentary Payments with Greek for our Head Office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

• Process issued and received bank guarantees, documentary credits, documentary collections
• Review the client orders and their related documents
• Review and coordinate the bank guarantee texts provided by the client
• Process received claims for bank guarantees
• Confirm payments on documentary collections to the client's accounts and process payments on documentary credits
• Prepare various kinds of reports related to off-balance due amounts, for the Bank's needs, to specific Departments and/or the shareholders
• Consult experts in the branch networks and clients in relation to documentary operations and assist in cases of pending issues
• Take part in the development and updating of operations and procedures related to documentary operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a bank
• Fluency in English & Greek
• Knowledge of the legislation directly related to the documentary operations
• Knowledge of SWIFT related to all messages pertaining to documentary operations
• Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork
• A responsible approach to daily tasks and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to learn and develop
