The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our store and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Job Description
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee performance.
Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets through effective merchandising strategies, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
Implement and maintain high operational standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing always.
Train, coach, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement to maximize team productivity.
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock replenishment, and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, and make recommendations to enhance the store's performance.
Collaborate with the regional or district manager to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
University Degree
Fluent written and spoken English
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within the fast fashion industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service mindset.
Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
