STP Service Desk Assistant with German (Hybrid)

For one of our clients — a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across multiple countries — we are looking for a professional to join their Shared Service Center as an STP Service Desk Assistant with German (Hybrid).

Support customers, suppliers, and employees with STP-related inquiries;
*Deliver professional assistance via email and phone in German and English;
*Manage and track requests through the ticketing system;
*Resolve invoice, payment, and purchase order related issues;
*Work closely with international teams and stakeholders;
*Contribute to service excellence and process improvements.

Previous experience in Accounts Payable, STP, or Shared Services;
*German level B2–C1 and good English communication skills;
*Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities;
*Comfortable working with systems, data, and ticketing tools;
*Well-organized with attention to detail;
*Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
