Junior Financial Administrator with German (Hybrid)

For one of our clients — a worldwide drinks producer and distributor with operations in several countries — we are looking for a professional to join their Shared Service Center as a Junior Financial Administrator with German (Hybrid).

Support daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities;
*Respond to customer and vendor inquiries via email and phone;
*Process invoices, payments, and collection-related tasks;
*Update and maintain data in SAP and internal systems;
*Work with internal teams to resolve issues and discrepancies;
*Follow company procedures and service standards.

Degree or studies in Business, Finance, or a related field;
*German at B2 level and good English skills;
*Previous experience or internship is an advantage;
*Good communication and customer service skills;
*Basic knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is a plus;
*Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
