Dispatcher – Domestic Operations (LTL)

• Coordinate domestic LTL transport operations within Bulgaria
• Communicate with drivers, warehouses, clients; 
• Maintain accurate transport data in internal systems (TMS)
• Dealing and planning daily issues (load/offload, services and etc. ). Help and support all sides of the transportation process, from drivers through planning to customers

• Previous experience is a plus; 
• Good understanding of domestic distribution processes in Bulgaria
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – daily communication with internal teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook);
