The Senior HR Admin Specialist is part of HR Services team, that provides high level administrative support and excellent service to the respective Sensata locations, incl. HRBPs, managers and employees. The Senior HR Admin Specialist takes part in improvement projects, provides guidance and support to HR admin team members. Perform monthly checks to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
General Responsibilities
- Provides on time delivery of HR related administrative tasks e. g. creating legal documents, keeping HR systems up-to-date, creating reports
- Handles onboarding and termination actions
- Creates purchase orders in our Oracle system and follow-up
- Develops Shared Services concepts in the region within the function of HR
- Leads respective projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of HR systems
- Collaborates with current 3rd party service providers to find the best solution for HR Services and the company
- Tracks and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Gives on request administrative HR support to other Centers of excellence
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i. e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
> Leads his/her own job, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of HR administration and Benefit administration for Bulgaria
> Responsible for the timely delivery and accurate processing of the HR and Benefit administration
> Creates legal documents, keeps HR, T&A and Benefits systems up to date, prepares reports, striving for document compliance in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation
> Coordinates onboarding and termination actions
> First point of contact to employees for HR Admin and Benefit related questions
> Actively partners with HRBP and Managers to provide effective resolution of day to day matters
> Performs monthly checks to guarantee accuracy and compliance
> Participates in the respective local/regional/global projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of Workday and/or other HR and Benefits systems
> Drives continuous operation efficiency improvement
> Works with internal/external auditors, ensuring that all the required information is delivered and explained as requested
> Keeps the high service level, tracks the performance according to Key Performance Indicators, maintains up to date process descriptions
• A university degree required (i. e. bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Above 2 years of working experience in the support functions in the international companies preferably with Shared Services concept implemented.
• Knowledge and understanding of labor legislation.
• Knowledge and understanding of HR Systems, e. g. , SAP/Workday is preferred.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results; details oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Fluent English
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Gross Annual Salary Range:
24, 092. 00 EUR - 33, 126. 50 EUR
The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
Starting Salary
The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e. g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc. ). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
