WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT:

We are looking for organized, result-oriented and proactive colleague for the position of Team Leader for Logistic Store Support department in DCB (Distribution center Bozhurishte).
Your role will be:

• Organization and monitoring of the work of Logistics Store Support team;

• Creating and aligning standard & Holidays store delivery schedules with DCB Transport & Operation department ;

• Followup on TDR reports from the countries and claims from Franchise;

• Tracking the data related to the TDR result and making improvement plans together with DCB Operation, Transport and other involved teams;

• Cooperation with Purchasing Department in Denmark – typical, untypical cases, project, intervention, changs in deliveries, control of orders;

• Cooperation with all departments in DCB, Purchasing Department in Denmark and all of rest DCs in JYSK;

• Control and verification of store campaigns and creating schedules for deliveries;

• The organization and control for suppling of articles of store equipment and goods for new stores and rebuilt stores;

• Exequting intercompany procedures between DCB and the stores;

• Leading, motivating and engaging the team.

WHAT YOU MUST TO BRING:

• Excellent organization and prioritisation skills;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high quality of results;

• Strong attention to details;

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;

• Previous experience with managing or coordinating people and processes will be considered a strong advantage;

• Excellent communication and cooperation skills and customer-first attitude ;

• Very good command of English –both written and verbal.
