We are seeking a high-performing Strategic Associate to partner directly with our CEO, drive cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.
About the Role
The Strategic Associate is the CEO’s strategy execution partner—turning vision into plans, and plans into results. The role leads cross-functional initiatives, creates board-quality narratives and analyses, and ensures the company’s operating cadence (OKRs/KPIs, reviews, decision forums) is tight, forward-looking, and aligned to strategic priorities. It’s a high-exposure, high-impact individual contributor role designed for a top performer with consulting/strategy, PMO, or corporate development experience.
- 5–8+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, PMO, or corporate development.
- Proven track record in cross-functional execution with quantifiable outcomes.
- Strong capability in executive communication, analysis, and financial modeling.
- High credibility and ability to influence without authority.
- Fluent English; Bulgarian strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Master’s preferred.
