B2B Tele-Sales Specialist

For one of our clients – an international company and a leader in employee benefits and employee engagement solutions, we are currently looking for – B2B Tele-Sales Specialist.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients;
*Conduct outbound sales calls and present the company’s services;
*Identify new business opportunities and support company growth;
*Manage and update client information in the CRM system;
*Monitor market trends and customer needs;
*Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Previous experience in B2B sales or customer communication is an advantage;
*Very good communication and negotiation skills;
*Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines;
*Good organizational and time management skills;
*Experience working with CRM systems is considered a plus;
*English level B1–B2.

Standard working hours, Monday – Friday, hybrid;
