ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Expert Financial and Sustainability Reporting for our Department of Management Information System in the Financial & Sustainability Reporting Unit.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare management reports, analyses and presentations related to the Bank's financial performance, profitability, efficiency, capital and liquidity indicators, including metrics such as ROE, CIR and Net Interest Margin.
• Participate in the budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes, including preparation of financial projections and variance analyses.
• Analyze monthly financial results and identify key drivers behind business performance and deviations from budget and forecast.
• Contribute to IFRS9-related processes, including LLP calculations, portfolio analysis, PD/LGD data and credit risk reporting.
• Participate in ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures and related analytical activities.
• Prepare, review and submit regulatory and management reports, including FINREP, AnaCredit and other reporting requirements towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and support management decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Participate in the development, optimization and automation of reporting, budgeting and analytical processes.
• Collaborate with General Risk, Credit Risk, IT and other business units to improve data quality, reporting efficiency and process reliability.
• Perform quality assurance and consistency checks over financial and operational reporting outputs.

Main Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within the banking, financial services or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power BI, VBA or similar tools for data analysis, process automation and optimization would be considered a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership and willingness to continuously improve existing processes.
• Attention to detail, combined with the ability to understand the broader business context.
