For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Player Support Specialist with Italian. The project provides email-based customer support for PC and console gamers.

Respond promptly to player inquiries via email and ticketing system;
*Provide expert support for PC and console games, resolving technical and gameplay issues;
*Document and track player interactions in the support system accurately;
*Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and player experience;
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all player communications.

Fluent in Italian and very good English;
*Previous experience in gaming or customer support is a plus;
*Strong written communication skills and attention to detail;
*Ability to work 8-hour shifts according to schedule;
*Passion for video games and helping players enjoy their experience.
