Financial Analyst - Business Clients – Head office

ProCredit Bank Bulgaria is looking to hire an employee for the position of Financial Analyst - Business Clients for our team in the Head Office of the Bank in Sofia.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis and credit assessments of existing and prospective business clients to identify opportunities and risks
• Design tailored financing solutions that meet the needs of business clients in line with the bank's credit risk policy
• Prepare and present credit proposals and participate in Credit Committees
• Coordinate legal, AML, collateral and technical assessments during the approval process
• On-site client visits throughout the country for the purpose of getting acquainted with the business and conducting the analysis, when it is necessary
• Manage a loan portfolio focusing on quality, risk management and client retention
• Monitor а loan portfolio and manage areas and problematic exposures in coordination with relevant internal units

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in credit risk analysis or a similar role in the banking or financial sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork
• A responsible approach to your daily tasks and attention to detail
• Fluency in English
• Driving license is considered an advantage
