For one of our clients – а long-standing BPO provider specializing in customer experience, digital solutions, and AI-driven automation, supporting global brands across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Logistics Customer Care Advisor with Dutch or German or French (Hybrid).

Be the go-to person for customers, helping them via phone or email with shipment and delivery questions;
*Track packages, provide real-time updates, and resolve delivery issues with speed and care;
*Collaborate closely with logistics partners to ensure every shipment reaches its destination smoothly;
*Keep customer cases and interactions accurately documented in our systems;
*Deliver an outstanding customer experience by combining empathy, clear communication, and a solution-first mindset.

Fluency in Dutch, German, or French, along with a good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a contact center is a plus - but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much;
*Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection;
*Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease;
*Availability to work in a hybrid work model.
