• Respond to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and Deployment of various hardware & software.  
• Ability to take ownership of a project and drive it to completion with customer satisfaction.
• Ability to provide direction to team activities and facilitate information validation and team decision making process.
• Participate in Knowledge creation and management activities.
• Assess and appreciate technical issues as well as the customer's business impact and communicate appropriately with the customer.

• Comprehension of L3/L4 analysis and communication of the same to our customers.
• Demonstrate high level of technical & communication skills.
• Expertise in communicating with customers and intra organization.
