For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced

customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for

- Help-Desk Representative with Arabic or Norwegian or Swedish.

Support customers via phone, email and chat;
*Solve tech issues quickly and efficiently;
*Guide users through step-by-step solutions;
*Escalate complex problems to higher support levels;
*Keep detailed records of customer interactions;
*Ensure a smooth and friendly customer experience.

Fluency in Arabic, Norwegian or Swedish and very good English skills;
*Great communication and problem-solving skills;
*Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge;
*Team player with a customer-first mindset;
*Previous support experience is a plus;
*Ready to work in shifts if needed.
