Nikolay Popov is looking for a new team member.

We are looking for a highly motivated Controlling Expert to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving strategic decision-making and business performance.

Your daily routine will include:

Set up, enhance and maintain controlling processes (roles, tasks, KPIs) to ensure accurate and insightful reporting with respect to ongoing EU funded projects

Responsibility for regular reporting of key financial and non-financial metrics, deep-dive on main deviations vs plan;

Strict cost control and analysis of EU funded projects;

Take active part in audit activities with national and international authorities as well as external parties;

Develop business cases and subsequent follow-ups, maintain scenario planning and profitability evaluations;

Prepare presentations and ad-hoc reports to support the management with actionable economic insights;

Achieve compliance with schedules and deadlines.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Controlling or a related finance function;

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;

Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills;

Result oriented approach, positive attitude, strong motivation to develop;

Ability to work in agile work environment and manage multiple tasks;

Fluency in written and spoken English;

Experience with control and managing EU projects is considered an advantage;

Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP (CO, FI) are required; working with BI tools will be considered an advantage.
