We’re on the lookout for an Advisory & Valuations Associate who’s sharp, analytical, and ready to dive into the dynamic world of commercial real estate.

This role is your front-row seat to high-impact projects in financial analysis, strategic planning, and property valuation across all major asset classes — from slick office spaces to urban retail hubs, logistics centers, and high-rise residential buildings.

 What You’ll Be Doing

Running the numbers on feasibility studies, business plans, and property valuations using financial models, market insights, and asset-specific data.

Digging into market trends, recent transactions, and economic indicators to identify value and opportunity.

Keeping our valuation tools and research materials sharp, up-to-date, and ready to go.

Supporting the deal process end-to-end — from due diligence to execution.

 

What You Bring to the Table

A degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

Solid analytical skills and Excel wizardry (bonus points for financial modeling experience).

A strong grasp of valuation techniques and commercial real estate fundamentals.

Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both spoken and written.

Confident communicator who’s comfortable connecting with clients and growing new relationships.
