Main Responsibilities:

Build strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients

Assessing VIP client needs and recommending suitable solutions;

Monitor client activity to anticipate needs and offer tailored rewards;

Review player performance for bonus and promotion eligibility;

Ensure all actions follow relevant regulations and company policies.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

Excellent verbal and written German or Turkish (C1 Level);

Very good level of English (B2 – C1 Level);

Previous sales or account management experience is a plus;

Experience in the development of sales strategy;

Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
