This role will participate in ensuring the effective implementation and ongoing compliance with internal cyber security controls, international standards

and regulatory requirements such as NIS2.

You will work as part of a centralized, international team responsible for conducting assurance activities across the company group, assessing adherence to established security frameworks, and managing the lifecycle of identified gaps. Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of our security posture across all business units.

This job can be performed by all countries within our A1 footprint.

Role Insights:

Conduct security assessments across business units to ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements (e. g. , NIS2).

Analyze and interpret internal cybersecurity controls, assessing their effectiveness in diverse technical and organizational environments.

Identify, document, and categorize compliance gaps or non-conformities, and support remediation efforts through to resolution.

Collaborate with risk owners, IT, compliance, and operations teams to implement and maintain effective security controls.

Provide documentation and expert input for audits and regulatory inspections.

Maintain assurance metrics and dashboards, tracking compliance trends and risk exposure.

Contribute to the development and improvement of assurance methodologies and control frameworks in line with evolving standards.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.

What Makes You Unique:

Skilled in conducting comprehensive security assurance assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, and regulatory frameworks (e. g. , NIS2).

Proficient in reviewing and interpreting cybersecurity controls across varied technical and organizational environments.

Experienced in identifying, documenting, and prioritizing compliance gaps, with a strong focus on coordinating and supporting timely remediation.

Collaborative team player working closely with risk owners, IT, compliance, and operations to implement and maintain robust security controls.

Adept at supporting audits and regulatory inspections by preparing detailed documentation and providing expert insights.

Capable of maintaining and reporting on assurance metrics, compliance trends, and risk exposure through effective dashboards.

Contributes to the development and enhancement of assurance methodologies and control frameworks aligned with evolving standards.
