- Handle inbound calls from German-speaking customers

- Provide friendly, clear and solution-oriented support

- Explain products, answer questions and resolve issues

- Ensure customer satisfaction

- Work closely with a supportive and positive team
- German language skills (B1/B2 or higher)

- A friendly, empathetic attitude

- Basic computer knowledge (typing, programs, communication tools)

- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required

- Motivation, reliability and openness
- Permanent contract (full-time or part-time, from 30 hours/week)

- Fair salary from BGN 3000 (full-time) – plus generous bonuses
