THE CROWN IS YOURS

As a Compliance Analyst, you'll play a key role in upholding the integrity of our Compliance & Risk programs. In this role, you'll design and execute risk-based testing to ensure our controls are working effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. Working across Compliance, Legal, and Business teams, you'll identify high-risk areas, support assurance reviews, and contribute to building a culture of proactive risk management. This is a high-impact role where your sharp eye and analytical mindset will help shape the future of responsible gaming and compliance across the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform targeted control testing to validate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Ensure work papers and compliance testing reports present the results clearly, including material findings and recommendations.

Document test plans and results in a GRC tool, including documentation of identified issues.

Review and analyze test results to identify trends, recommend control enhancements, and validate remediation efforts through evidence-based guidance.

Support test builds under the direction of the Assurance Manager.

Provide support, as needed, on assurance reviews on high-risk areas to assess compliance with regulations.

Support additional compliance and risk program elements as necessary, ensuring adaptability to evolving organizational needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

At least 1 year of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a related field, with a preference for candidates who have testing or audit experience.

Experience in testing controls in a regulated environment.

Ability to understand and apply regulatory requirements.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. ) and Google Drive.

Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.

Fluency in English.
