
Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functionality, and support a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, vendor relationships, and maintenance of office equipment.
• Oversee daily operations of the office and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and productive workplace.
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Requirements:
• Organizational and time-management skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Driving license
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bulgarian
