We are looking to appoint a BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST for our Head office in Sofia.
- Extraction and analysis of information from the database;

- Building and maintaining reporting processes in the company;

- Active use of BI tools;

- Participation in projects for the development of smart business solutions;

- Preparation of analyses and recommendations according to the needs of the business;

- Assists the company in improving processes, products, services, and systems through data analysis;

- Participates in the configuration and implementation of new products, processes, and models;

- Creates and defines business processes based on management decisions;

- Participates in the preparation of reports related to the company's activities, both for operational and management purposes;
- Good command of SQL;

- Experience with relational databases – MS SQL Server, MySQL;

- Skills in working with BI tools – Power BI / Tableau;

- High-level Excel skills – knowledge of VBA, Power Query is considered an advantage;

- Good command of English;

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing will be considered an advantage;

- Knowledge of a programming language like Python is considered a plus;

- Attention to detail and analytical thinking;

- Proactivity and ability to work independently;

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and on several projects at the same time;

- Teamwork skills;

- Education with an economic profile, finance, accounting, planning, statistics, and/or mathematics is considered an advantage;

- Previous experience in the financial sector, finance, and economics is a significant advantage.
