Our trusted client Area 52 Trampoline Parks - the largest Trampoline Park in the Balkans, providing leisure and entertainment for all ages, by purposely building exciting adrenaline filled venues that are managed in a way that ensure customers feel welcome, happy, excited and safe.
Currently, for the launching of their newest park in Veliko Tarnovo, we’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Venue Operations Manager to lead the pre-opening setup and then run the show from day one.
Your Role
As the operational lead, you will play a crucial role in setting the standard for guest experiences and establishing company’s reputation in the community. You’ll be the operational lead on the ground, responsible for ensuring that every element of the Venue (park, bar, and restaurant) runs smoothly. From recruiting, training and inspiring the team to managing guest experiences and upholding company’s impeccable safety standards. You’ll help build the culture, energy, and reputation of Area 52 in Veliko Tarnovo.
Responsibilities
• Align team goals with the overarching objectives of Area 52 to ensure cohesive operations and strategic growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the trampoline park, bar, and restaurant.
• Recruit, train, and lead a multi-functional team (floor staff, food & beverage, reception).
• Implement safety and cleanliness protocols across all departments.
• Manage shift schedules, stock, budget tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure exceptional customer service across all areas.
• Collaborate on marketing activations, events, and local outreach.
• Act as the local brand ambassador—energized, professional, and community-minded.
• Make sure that customers and staff are always having fun.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of operations management experience (hospitality, leisure, or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and people development skill
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Experience managing food & beverage operations is mandatory
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English
• Ready to roll up your sleeves and help shape an exciting new space from the ground up
