We are looking for a PRODUCT ENGINEER.

Main deliverables:

• Participation in the design of processes and implementation of new products for

automotive and industrial businesses;

• Preparation of technical specifications and work instructions;

• Participation in defining the standard times per operation;

• Suggesting ways of improving the cost and quality of products;

• Involved in organizing the sample production for different products;

• Update of documentation related to the products (projects) for which he/she is

responsible;

• Participation in the production processes optimization (Lean manufacturing

activities);

• Providing training to operators for specific steps in the process flow of the

products;

• Daily interaction with all levels in the organization - Project Leaders, Quality

Engineers, SQA Engineers, Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Failure

Analysis Specialist, Metrology Specialists, Shift leaders, Operators;

• Communication with the company customers on a global level with regard to

technical and technological issues when the Project Leader is not available;

• Audit of the production lines prior to customer visits;

• Provide information to Environmental Protection Coordinator on implementing

processes/operations, products, and consumables that might affect the

the environment in a negative way.

Requirements:

• Technical University degree (preferably in Electronics, Mechanical

Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc. );

• Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate Business Level – written and

spoken;

• Computer literacy - good MS PowerPoint, Excel knowledge;

• Knowledge and experience in technological processes and quality standards for

electronic assembly is considered an advantage;

• Proactive attitude and desire to work in a dynamic production environment;

• Good communication and presentation skills;

• Flexibility, adaptability, and good organizational skills - able to deal with multiple

tasks and switch fast from one to another;

• Relevant experience at a similar position is considered a strong advantage;

• Experience in an automotive environment of 1-2 years is a plus;
