
Sales Manager – TV and digital advertising

Our partner is a global new media company with a newly established office in Bulgaria. For their team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join on the role of:
Sales Manager – TV and digital advertising
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales plan (100% sold-out rate) of CTV FAST inventory and other KPIs.
Build and develop relationships with media agencies, advertising networks and sales houses to sell CTV video inventory on SWEET. TV.
Actively engage with brands and direct advertisers to sell SWEET. TV's CTV advertising inventory (FAST channels and digital tools).
Making presentations of innovative and technological advertising opportunities of the platform, benefits and advantages of SWEET. TV advertising instruments for successful closing of deals.
Meetings, negotiating and concluding advertising Deals, ensuring effective execution of Advertising campaigns and high level of Client (agencies and advertisers) satisfaction.
Representing SWEET. TV at industry events, conferences and PR initiatives.
Provide market feedback, participate in ad product development, and work closely with content, marketing and developers teams.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of advertising sales experience, preferably in TV, radio or digital media.
Established relationships with key media agencies, sales houses and major advertisers in the local market.
Experience of working in or working with leading media buying agencies will be a great advantage.
Proven successful experience in advertising inventory sales
Hunter's mindset: proactivity, autonomy, results-oriented.
Ability to present brightly and convincingly negotiate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
