We are looking for a highly motivated Controlling Expert to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving strategic decision-making and business performance.

Your daily routine would include:

Provide end-to-end controlling support, including strategy planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;

Develop business cases and subsequent follow-ups, evaluate profitability and prepare relevant documentation to support management decisions;

Drive cross company alignment and consolidation of planning and reporting data,

Perform service-based charging, based on distribution keys and costs allocation, intercompany coordination and reconciliation, execution of true-up process;

Set up, enhance and maintain controlling processes (roles, tasks, KPIs) to ensure accurate and insightful reporting;

Report on a monthly base, involving key financial and non-financial indicators, deep-dive on main deviations vs plan and prior year;

Prepare presentations and ad hoc reports to support management with actionable economic insights;

Work in multinational teams to achieve compliance with deadlines;

Manage the allocation and verification of the annual budget across cost centers.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Controlling or a related finance function;

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;

Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills;

Result oriented approach, positive attitude, strong motivation to develop;

Ability to work in agile work environment and manage multiple tasks;

Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP (CO, FI) and BI tools is an advantage;

Fluency in written and spoken English, good command of German is an advantage.
