
Senior Talent Management Specialist, EMEA

In this role, you will lead the execution of key Talent and Performance initiatives across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and serve as a key regional liaison for global talent processes and initiatives. You will drive strategic and operational excellence across performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, in alignment with our global Talent strategy.
Performance Management
Responsible for the smooth delivery of the annual performance management process across EMEA —driving execution, adoption, and continuous improvement at all stages
Provide engaging tools and resources (e. g. , training guides, intranet content, and comms strategies) to support HR and business leaders
Manage and evolve supporting systems (e. g. , Workday, calibration tool), ensuring functionality, enhancements, and testing are on track
Maintain close alignment with regional Performance Managers to ensure consistent, transparent implementation
Ensure data completeness and accuracy for all performance-related data; prepare relevant KPI’s and reports for regional and global HR leadership
Talent Management & Succession Planning
Lead the EMEA succession planning and annual talent review cycles, partnering closely with HRBPs and local HR teams
Ensure talent data is accurate, current, and actionable, providing insights to guide business and workforce planning
Collaborate with the Global Talent CoE to adapt and implement process improvements that fit regional needs
Support the EMEA Head of HR (or incoming leadership) on evolving talent and performance priorities
Learning & Development
Contribute to learning initiatives that support individual growth and team capability
Act as a connector between talent strategy and employee development, ensuring offerings are relevant and impactful
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align regularly with HRIS, Compensation, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, data, and planning
Produce quarterly talent and performance KPIs—including trends on terminations, low performers, and succession pipeline health
Support the creation and rolling out of various regional and global initiatives related to Talent and Development, with a strong focus on communication and change management towards internal clients
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Talent Management or related HR functions, ideally within an international or matrixed organization
Education:
Bachelor degree in any related field
Languages:
English - Fluent written and verbal
Additional languages are nice to have
Other skills and competencies:
Excellent communication skills, good writing style and confident user of MS-Office programs (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
Proven success leading performance and talent review cycles, with deep familiarity with HR systems (previous experience with Workday desired)
Ability to navigate organizational change with confidence and empathy
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build trust, influence, and connect across levels
