- You will advise German customers on the phone – in a friendly, clear and understandable manner

- You will help with questions about contracts, products or services

- You will explain topics in a simple way and find suitable solutions

- You will ensure that our customers are satisfied

- You will work together with a helpful and motivated team
- Good German language skills (B1/B2 or higher)

- Strong communication skills, empathy, and reliability

- Basic computer skills (typing, programs, communication)

- Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus—but not a must!

- What's important: motivation and enjoyment working with people
- Permanent contract (full-time or part-time, from 30 hours/week)

- Fair salary from BGN 3000 (full-time) – plus generous bonuses
