We are currently looking for a Cash Application Intern.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
- Support Cash Application Team in their daily activities
- Download Customer payment documents from portals
- Monitor the day-to-day activities related to bank application
- Prepare payment badges in excel format
- Raise CM/DM requests on SharePoint
- Customer communication related to payment queries
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Process credit or debit memos according to the company’s procedures
- Provide information to the internal organization over e-mail, or in case of audit
Become part of a multinational technology leader. - Work with various internal departments
- Learn a lot of new business processes
WHO WILL BE A GREAT FIT FOR OUR TEAM:
- 3rd or 4th year student or newly graduate in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration or similar specialty;
- Good knowledge in MS Office Products – Experienced in working with Excel spreadsheets, Excellent command of English language;
- Interested in client service and customer interfacing;
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn;
- Passionate team player;
- The duration of the internship is 6 months on a full-time working day
Gross Annual Salary Range:
7, 442. 00 EUR - 9, 824. 10 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
Starting Salary
The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e. g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc. ). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
