For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Non Voice Gaming Support Associate French or German or Spanish.

Deliver top-quality email support to gamers, solving inquiries and troubleshooting issues quickly;
*Keep a friendly and supportive tone to ensure great player experiences;
*Spot and analyze problems, escalating complex cases to the right teams;
*Work closely with other departments to resolve concerns and improve player satisfaction;
*Stay up to date on gaming products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate help.

Fluency in French, German or Spanish (C1) and strong English skills (B2), with excellent written communication;
*Passion for gaming and good knowledge of gaming platforms and systems;
*Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment;
*Previous customer support or service experience, ideally in gaming or tech;
*Willingness to work flexible shifts (day and late hours as needed).
