We are looking for: Test Engineer

Duties:

• Well acquainted with the test specifications of products;

• Participates in the meetings and activities related to FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis );

• Defines the test parameters and confirms the duration of the testing cycle time

• Develops, implements in production and performs functional maintenance of IC tester heads;

• Involved in the go-live in production stage of test equipment;

• Maintains the test programs for the testers that are already implemented in production;

• Defines, documents and guarantees the availability of so called golden samples

• Validates and approves the test systems in the production lines as per the functional and safety requirements and signs an acceptance protocol ;

• Participates in cooperation with the Automation team in the industrialization of new equipment;

• Prepares work instructions and performs trainings to the operators for proper work with the test equipment;

• Follows up on the work of the testing systems operating in the production lines

• Updates in a timely and detailed manner the test results database;

• Uses SPC(Statistical Process Control) methods to analyze the test/measurement results;

• Performs failure analysis based on the test results;

• Supervises the maintenance activities on the test systems for which he/she is responsible, supports the maintenance staff if needed in case of more complex issues with the functioning of the testers;

Requirements:

• University Engineering Degree in Electronics/ Automation/ Computer Science;

• Knowledge and experience with general measuring equipment in electronics;

• Very good knowledge in the area of digital and analogue schematics design;

• Skills to work with any of the following program languages/ development tools – C, C++, C#, VB. NET, LabVIEW, CVI;

• Knowledge and experience with microcontrollers;

• Skills to perform deep analysis in case of issues with testers on the production lines;

• English language – good written and oral level of proficiency;

• Team player;
