Would you like to join us?

Ivaylo Petrov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

Design and implement ITOM capabilities on ServiceNow platform;

Automate IT operations and provide visibility into infrastructure and services through CMDB population;

Integrate monitoring and event systems with ServiceNow (e. g. via MID server, APIs, etc. );

Configure ServiceNow ITOM modules to provide predictive insights and actionable intelligence;

Development and adaption of identification rules, patterns and probes;

Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Operations teams to enhance configuration and visibility;

Ensure data accuracy in CMDB through reconciliation and audit processes;

Develop and maintain detailed technical and process documentation;

Assist in platform upgrades and adoption of new ITOM features;

Adhere to established testing, change management, problem management and communication guidelines.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Hands-on experience in implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules;

Understanding of CMDB architecture and data model in SNOW;

Experience in working with JavaScript and APIs;

Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (servers, databases, network devices, cloud);

Experience with Windows, LINUX and enterprise networking fundamentals;

Ability to troubleshoot Discovery and MID Server issues;

Fluent in English;

Understanding of SNMP, SSH, WMI and PowerShell scripting;

Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);

Knowledge of CMDB Health, Reconciliation and Normalization processes.
