- Answering customer calls and providing comprehensive information about our travel offerings,
- Assisting with bookings and managing the reservation system,
- Resolving customer issues and complaints,
- Providing information on promotions and special offers,
- Assisting with travel planning.
- Proficiency in Greek (C1-C2 level),
- English at a minimum B2 level,
- Availability for at least 160 hours per month,
- Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to quickly learn new programs and software applications.
