B2B Client Success Specialist with French and English (Hybrid)

For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth

and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a

B2B Client Success Specialist with French and English (Hybrid).

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients by building long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities;
*Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling tailored solutions;
*Support clients throughout their onboarding journey and encourage successful product adoption;
*Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic insights that help customers achieve their business goals;
*Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience;
*Keep CRM records up to date while monitoring account performance and sales opportunities.

Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
*Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or business development;
*Strong commercial mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets;
*Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities;
*Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is an advantage;
*Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.

Monday-Friday standard working hours (hybrid model);
