ProCredit Bank Bulgaria is looking to hire an employee for the position of Acquisition Expert – Business Clients.

The Acquisition Expert – Business Clients is a key driver of the bank's growth. He/She actively seeks and acquires new corporate clients, builds trust, and supports their business development through tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new business clients through active prospecting and building professional contacts.
• Develop new business opportunities – proactively identify potential clients and present banking products.
• Communicate and build relationships – sociability and persuasive skills are your strongest assets.
• Present banking services for our Business clients
• Analyze client needs and offer customized proposals aligned with their business goals.
• Participate in promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to enable cross-selling and ensure optimal client service.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Experience in sales and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Energy, sociability, and persuasive ability.
• Motivation to actively develop new business
• Very good level of English
• Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork
